Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using cswatch.gg (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What CSWatch is (and isn't)

CSWatch is a community tool that aggregates public Steam, FACEIT and Leetify data, plus community-submitted reports, to produce a transparent reputation score for Counter-Strike 2 players. We are not affiliated with Valve, FACEIT, or Leetify. We do not issue bans, do not enforce Steam policy, and do not claim that a low reputation score proves anyone is cheating.

3. Accounts and accurate reporting

• You may only submit reports when you genuinely believe the reported player is cheating, griefing, or otherwise violating Valve's rules.
• False, retaliatory, or harassment reports are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Overwatcher reviewers are expected to base verdicts on demo evidence, not speculation.
• You are responsible for keeping your Steam login credentials private. Anything done on your account is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or redistribute data beyond your personal lookup use.
• Submit automated reports, bot-generated content, or flood the system with requests.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or doxx any player. Sharing someone's Steam profile URL is fine; targeted harassment is not.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit requirements, or the anti-abuse system.
• Upload demos, videos, or other content you don't have the right to share.

5. Content and ownership

Steam profile data remains Valve's. FACEIT / Leetify data remains theirs. Reports you submit belong to the community record — you grant CSWatch a non-exclusive licence to display and analyse them. You can request your reports be deleted at any time.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate and the site online, but we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of third-party data, or any specific result from using the Service.

7. Advertising

We serve ads through Google AdSense. Ad revenue funds hosting and development. We don't endorse any advertiser or their products. Ad personalisation can be controlled via the consent tool shown on first visit (EU/UK/EEA) or at google.com/settings/ads.

8. Termination

We can suspend or delete any account that abuses the Service, violates these Terms, or is legally required. You can close your account at any time by emailing support@cswatch.gg.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are posted on the home page. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance.
