Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancel any time under Account settings, Membership. You won't be charged again and keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits pay for filing cheat reports (1 credit each, refunded if the player is convicted) and for profile badges in the shop. Everyone can claim free daily credits, Overwatch reviewers earn credits for correct verdicts, and every membership tier adds a monthly allowance (50 / 100 / 250).
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a time-limited trial, but the free tier lets you test the platform before supporting. You can run player lookups, check ban status and see reputation scores, no credit card required.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact and KBC/CBC, through our payment partner Mollie. One-time payments can also be made by bank transfer.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your account, credits and watchlist stay as they are. On the free plan you can't add more than 5 players to your watchlist; ban alerts keep coming for the players already on it.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day refund policy for new memberships if you contact us at support@cswatch.gg within 7 days of your first charge and haven't spent the month's credits.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Cancel your current membership under Account settings, Membership. Once your current paid period ends, choose the new tier on this page and its credit allowance starts with that first payment.
