Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancel your membership from your account settings at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Credits pay for things that cost us compute — like rendering match highlights. Every membership tier grants a monthly credit allowance (50 / 100 / 250) on top of the free daily credits, so higher tiers can render more each month.
We don't offer a time-limited trial, but the free tier lets you test the platform before supporting. You can run player lookups, check ban status, and see reputation scores — no credit card required.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT, and PayPal via our payment partner Mollie. All transactions are processed securely.
Your account and lookup history are preserved. Watchlist entries beyond the 5-slot free limit are archived (not deleted) — they become active again if you re-upgrade. Exported files and clips remain available for 30 days after downgrade.
We offer a 7-day refund policy for new memberships if you contact us at support@cswatch.gg within 7 days of your first charge and haven't spent the month's credits.
Yes — you can move between Supporter, Champion, and Legend at any time from your account. Your monthly credit allowance updates to match your new tier on the next charge.
